The phrase ’’rush hour’’ immediately brings to mind thoughts of large masses of people and a huge congestion of cars. Everyone’s in a hurry: one guy needs to have dinner, another lady has a business meeting, a happy couple over there is just walking home. It doesn’t matter where you live; you’ll find rush hour in every country in the world.

According to   an article   by the Guardian, Cyprus is the safest of the 184 countries analyzed by the   World Health Organization (WHO) , with a death rate of almost one in every 4,762 youths aged between 15 and 29. Cyprus topped the list with 21 deaths for every 100,000 youths, followed by Luxembourg which had 22, Spain with 25 and Denmark along with Malta with 26.
