That is their contact with different cultures they serve as inspiration for a great job. Travel to other countries and even in other cities, widens our horizons. It is enough to spend a few days in a new environment for creativity to grow. But the journey will not only become more creative, but also healthier and happier. 

2. Traveling improve our health Our mental health is also greatly enhanced when we travel. A study led by U.S. Travel Association, reveals that travel, especially among pensioners, prevents the occurrence of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. The same study shows that 86% of respondents who travel frequently were satisfied with their world view, while 75% of those who do not travel were satisfied with their life horizons. 

3. The journey Strengthens heart The Framingham Heart Study found that people who travel a higher risk of heart attack than those who travel each year. Why? Because people are departing from their work and everyday life so under less stress thereby reducing strain on the heart. In fact, many travelers claim that relaxation and admiration send even weeks after returning from a trip.



4. Traveling make us vital This is logical – that the journey is physical activity. It is always in motion; explore, paninarite or walk down the beach. Breathe fresh air and enjoy the view. Even when you are traveling by bus, you have a much better view than only when looking at the display. 5. Traveling make us happier Of course, the very fact that you are on vacation is in itself great, but the overall experience of the activities that we did during the trip also makes us healthier. A study from 2014 shows that people make them happier thought of the voyage than the idea to buy some things. Furthermore, a study in 2002 found that people are happiest when they know that they expected journey. Thus, the act of planning a trip significantly improves our lives. This is all very logical.
